Yogurt Parfait

Let’s put fun to yogurt, and take it into a whole new level. Add some fruits, nuts and some crunchy granolas and see how that white boy smiles with joy! This bowl of yogurt is ideal for breakfast, good for lunch, great for snack time! Go ahead, stir up some fun!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Plain Yogurt – 1 bowl
  • Granolas/Cereals – 4-5 tbsp
  • Nuts (mix of chopped walnuts, almonds, raisins) – 3-4 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp

METHOD:

  • Take a bowl or a tall glass and whip yogurt and sugar until it becomes soft and creamy.
  • Top it with granolas/cereals, and nuts.
  • Serve immediately, otherwise the crunchy bites will turn soggy.
  • If more is merrier for you, throw in chocolate chunks, cookie pieces, fruits and what not!

Yield – 1 serving

    hey,
recently I ran sort of fruit cream to pour over the watermelons and bananas that i had got so I whipped a bit of yogurt and I just loved it. A bowl of fruits with yogurt poured on top of it.

@ Roh – I’ve stopped using fruit cream since a long time. I’m a Yogurt fan these days. Whipped yogurt with a little sugar can create the same magic as cream, and it’s healthy too. Try Yogurt Parfait someday, it’s easy to make and taste so good. We often have it for breakfast.
