When night falls, Paris calls…

If morning belongs to Literati
Then evening is owned by Glitterati
Gossips here and there
High fashion everywhere
Pubs packed to extreme
Lights glaring in every stream!
When Paris sun calls it a day
The city transforms in a tremendous way.

If day was charming
Then night is enchanting
Through the colored lighting
Lovers come out from the hiding
Madame in red,
Holding a cigarette,
Monsieur in a tuxedo,
His pocket full of dough
Together they leave for a destination unknown
The night’s going to be long they know!
Paris in blinding lights
Uplifts the spirit of the night.

For the lonely heart,
Paris is hard!
By the Seine river when you wait
For a warm hold your heart aches
And when a draft of cold goes by
You’d wished you had someone nearby!

Paris is a man by day
And a woman by night
Woven in gold
Studded in diamonds
Soaked in perfume
Drenched in wine
She looks like a feast for the famine!
Paris shimmers in the night
Just like the newly wedded bride.
Cold by day
Warm by night
Paris magic continues
From evening to midnight.
