Have your beer ready because what’s coming to your table is a flaming-hot spicy chick. Not only it is flavorful and spicy but also easy on the calories. Marinade, bake, eat – it’s that easy!
INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken – 8-10 small pieces
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Red chilli powder – 1/2-1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp (grind 2 Cardamom, 2 Cloves, 1 small Cinnamon stick and 4 Peppercorns)
- Coriander and Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp (dry roast Coriander and Cumin seeds in a pan and grind them)
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Oil spray – for baking and marinating
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – juice from 1/2 lemon
METHOD:
- Marinade chicken using all of the above ingredients for an hour.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- Prepare the tray by lining it with aluminum foil. Spray oil all over it. Now place the chicken pieces in neat rows and grease the top with oil. Just a bit of spray is enough.
- When the oven is hot and ready, put the tray inside and bake for an hour.
- Get ready to take the spicy route. Douse the fire with chilled beer or simply enjoy with a serving of fried rice – it’s upto you.
