Not every foodie enjoys cooking, but they do it anyway. I am just that kind of a person. I don’t like preparing an elaborate meal or spending a lot of time in the kitchen unless I have invited people over for dinner. My cooking doesn’t have a distinctive style, taste, pattern, or belong to a particular category. Rather, it is an amalgam of various cultures and countries, and an insight into other kinds of foods. Some recipes are classic Indian fares, some are family favorites, some are borrowed from friends, and many are born from trial and error. From Gumbo, Thukpa to Chicken Maratha and Pomfret fry, there is a myriad of culinary splendors for you to explore. A little something for everyone, I assure you!
